The Cochran Lab uses NMR, X-ray crystallography, and cryo-EM to elucidate the structural features of engineered and native proteins, to paint a molecular portrait of proteins and their interactions. We also use epitope mapping techniques to determine important amino acid residues underlying ligand/receptor/antibody interactions.
