An assassin becomes marked for death by her black ops organization after questioning orders and breaking protocol. "Ava" brings the action and espionage elements of a classic spy thriller blended with family-based drama. The mixture of the two isn't always seamless but it doesn't make the film any less entertaining.

Dec 16, 2020 · Ava Sets Up Camille As The Sequel’s Villain. With the Ava ending showing Camille following the titular assassin, she is clearly positioned to be an antagonist in a possible sequel. There have been no sequel discussions officially, but Taylor and Chastain left the film wide open for another adventure if a studio is interested.
