Apr 14, 2023 · Flight from Australia to Bali. Staff were courteous & helpful. Definitely a no frills budget airline where you buy food & drinks. Good for short daytime flights. We were on a new 737-8, terrible seats, hard & little padding. Date of travel: April 2023. Seat comfort. Customer service. Cleanliness.
