How To Use Exelon Patch 5 (4.6mg/24hr) Transdermal Patch 30s. Make note of the day, date and time you apply the patch to remind you when you need to replace it. Remove the protective liner of the patch without touching its sticky sides. Apply patch onto clean, dry, flat, undamaged and hairless skin.
