Based on my test, you can use the Web Developer Tool (press F12 or press Ctrl + Shift + I) to select the background image, right-click and select "Open Image in New Tab" as shown in this video. After that, you should get the dimensions, and download it to get the size.

If you want to use your own theme, click Theme and then the +. This will open a screen allowing you to upload an image and/or set a background colour for texts and buttons.
