Then tell you it will take up to 30 days to get your refund, meaning people are left scrambling to get new flights and come up with the money for them as they don't refund you straight away. Took them 35 days to finally refund me.

Malindo Air has filed an official report to MyCert on flymalindoairways.com. A police report is also underway.

It will resume its previous Subang-Penang route, now operating on the Boeing 737, an upgrade from its previous ATR plane.
