If you see any of the files or favorites missing post upgrade to windows 10, then mostly probably you can find them in Windows.Old folder in your system drive. Go to C:\Windows.Old and search for missing files. Also navigate to C:\Users\User Profile and see if you're able to find the missing profile with files there.
