Flowing Nightglow is the best Light Cone for Robin, which is also her signature Light Cone. For Tomorrow’s Journey is a good alternative as it increases her Attack, which is a free Light Cone released in version 2.2.

Robin will get an event LC usable just by her. Boothill does want BE but I dare say that River Flows in Spring S5 is also good because it gives him 12.84 speed plus the damage bonus and he cares about BE and speed the most.
