Feb 5, 2024 · Section 11 of the West Coast Expressway ( WCE) is expected to be open to the public soon. This will enable highway users to travel directly from Hutan Melintang to Taiping Selatan, and it serves as an alternative route to the North-South Expressway ( PLUS ).
WCE provides the following facilities to highway users: Emergency Telephone at every 2km. Layby at each toll plaza to which provides parking spaces, toilets and surau. Self-Service Kiosks for TnG card purchase and top-up. Highway patrol.
