E-Arrival Card is a portal for electronic registration of foreign nationals arriving or departing to/from Brunei Darussalam to replace the previous form of filling out the registration of arrival or departure to/from Brunei Darussalam using physical paper which is commonly known as Form 19.
1. Arrival Declaration Form (ADF) and swab test payment are no longer required upon entering Brunei Darussalam. 2. Application of Overseas COVID-19 Vaccination Records if you are staying in Brunei for more than 30 days.
(Updated 14 October 2021) The Arrival Declaration is an acknowledgement of inbound travels for Citizens and Permanent Residents of Brunei Darussalam either by air, land or sea. Citizens and Permanent Residents are advised to declare their imminent arrival into Brunei Darussalam for ease of logistics management.
Starting 9 February 2023, it is a mandatory for foreign nationals arriving Brunei Darussalam to register the electronic e-Arrival Card. This is to replace the previous Form 19, the physical registration paper for arrival/departure.
(Updated 15 December 2021) The Entry Travel Pass is a document issued for inbound travelers of foreign nationalities arriving in Brunei Darussalam for the purpose of essential travel requiring an immigration pass or visa. The Entry Travel Pass may be issued for the following individuals: Essential business travel (including official travel)
