The two year full-time course engages students in an intensive regime of physical, emotional and intellectual training to prepare themselves for the world of professional acting. Our faculty includes practitioners who have trained at a myriad of prestigious international institutions.
The Gaiety School of Acting (GSA) is a drama school located on Essex Street West in Temple Bar, Dublin, Ireland. It was founded by theatre director Joe Dowling in 1986. Patrick Sutton, theatre director, was director of the Gaiety School of Acting for 30 years from 1993.
The Gaiety School of Acting offers drama and musical theatre classes to kids aged 4-19. Check out our wide variety of classes below – from weekly classes in Malahide, Sandyford and Temple Bar, to camps for Easter, Summer and Halloween. Next term begins April 13th 2024.
Young Gaiety: Acting for Camera and Youth Theatre | Full Time Acting For Camera. Gavin had been acting and directing in film and on stage since graduating from the Gaiety School of Acting Full-time Professional Actor Training Programe in 1998. He started teaching Young Gaiety, Youth Theatre and Acting For Camera in 2000.
