Feb 6, 2024 · Lancaster is a great uni. It stays around 10th/11th in the complete uni guide, and the reason its not higher is because their grade bounderies are lower. But their student satisfaction is higher than others. Its also got good research quality. Its not a russell group, but does hold its own in terms of research.

Aug 22, 2023 · if you analyse the 2023 spread of results compared to 2022 then section 1 was almost the same, section 2 was a bit lower this year on average and section 3 was almost the same so the chances are the cut off of 11.8 will be pretty similar unless there is a dramatic increase or decrease in the calibre of students who applied to lancasters vs last year. i got 12.3A so lets just hope that the cut ...
Jun 5, 2024 · Theres 12 in the townhouse, and 4 on each floor and each floor has two bathrooms. Stereotypically, they say Grizedale is the 'party' college, but in her year, County college gave them a run for their money lol (2020-2021year). I wouldnt say theres an unsociable college.

Apr 13, 2024 · You can get different room sizes and types of accommodations based on your requirement. 3. The town as mentioned is quite small, but very safe because it is a student town. There are two universities in Lancaster and couple grammar schools so most of the population is students and teens.
The social life is pretty good. There are student nights every night of the week either in Lancaster or at the Carleton in Morecambe. As it is a campus university, some of the biggest club nights run buses direct from campus to save you needing a taxi. Reply 10. 13 years ago.
Feb 8, 2022 · Just think, come second year and your in a landlord owned accomodation in a house, you will be very lucky to find anywhere that has a bathroom for every bedroom. Unless you get a private halls, or back to uni halls. Shes in a 8 bed now in the city and it has two bathrooms so 4 sharing between 1, and its still fine.
