I don't know much about their history as a company, but I can at least share my personal experience.
Feb 19, 2022 · Even though Sweetwater is getting the larger benefit, the customer does get some benefits they can’t usually get elsewhere, I.e. small discounts on stuff, good experiences with returns, etc. Another thing I don’t see mentioned often is the Sweetwater sales staff generally are (AFAIK) actual, living breathing musicians with a decent knowledge of their field.

Jan 12, 2017 · People do this because the sweetwater set effect gives more than the tyrants base stats, however this isn't recommended on regular servers because sweetwater becomes completely untradeable while tyrants don't. As a note on efficiency, transposed SW become about equal to Tyrants at 3 piece set bonus and better at 4 pieces.
