Malaysian Chinese here, Uncle roger is not racist nor offensive.The only people who finds him offensive are Asian Americans or Asians who are too involved in western influences. People say he mocks the accent, let me tell you this, most of us Malaysians, or Singaporeans (Chinese) originally had that accent.

I've learned so much from his channel (and of course, MSG is now in my spice cabinet next to the salt and pepper since it's getting used quite a bit now). Im looking to invest in a Wok. Something that can be universally used and something that can hold up to lots of wear (and a few beatings).

It's always good to have vegan/vegetarian versions of things to hand. nah vegan fried rice is made of sad. Honestly looks good, not at Uncle level but definitely earned a nephew title. On one hand, vegan anything is suspect. However, fried rice is the perfect dish to be vegan without making compromises on flavor.
