Jun 20, 2024 · What's the deal with the Shaw weather channel always saying the temp outside in Winnipeg is 13.7 Celsius? This is on channel 106 (Blue Curve) and 48 (legacy) Everything else on the page appears to be updating but the current temp is stuck at 13.7.
