Tun Dato' Seri Tan Siew Sin (21 Mei 1916 – 17 Mac 1988) ialah Presiden MCA ketiga selepas Tun Tan Cheng Lock, ayahnya, dan Lim Chong Eu. Beliau juga merupakan bekas Menteri Kewangan Malaysia dari tahun 1959 hingga 1974.
Tun Tan Siew Sin led the MCA and the Malaysian Chinese through the most turbulent period in Malaysia’s history. After he took over the reins of the party in 1961 he wasted no time in settling internal squabbles. The MCA under his leadership was given nine key Cabinet portfolios.
However, Tun Tan Siew Sin, the country's longest serving finance minister, is best remembered for great things, including laying a strong foundation for Malaysia's economy. Tan, who was MCA president from 1961 to 1974 and finance minister from 1959 to 1974, passed away on Mar 17, 1988.
Jalan Tun Tan Siew Sin, in the late 1870s, was a link between the landing point at Klang River to High Street (now Jalan Tun HS Lee), and intersected Macao Street, Hokkien Street and Ampang Street (now Lebuh Ampang). However, Macao Street and Hokkien Street no longer exist.

Tun Tan Siew Sin was a strong advocate for R&D in the plantation industry. When Tun Tan Siew Sin won the Tun Razak award in 1979, he donated the RM30,000 cash awarded to initiate and fund the establishment of the Women’s Aid Organisation, the first shelter for battered women in this country.
