David Valdes (born August 12, 1950, in Los Angeles) is an American film producer known for working in the western genre and collaborating with Clint Eastwood. His first production experience was as a guest on a film called Diary of a Mad Housewife, which was shot in his hometown in 1969.
Biography – David Valdés. STUDIES. I started playing piano at the age of seven and percussion at sixteen. I studied both disciplines for some time but, once I gained my BMus in Piano, Percussion became my main interest.
I write books and plays for all but that especially uplift queer and BIPOC lives, with an eye toward hope and humor. I am the author of seven books (two of which are releasing in 2023) and two dozen plays, which have been staged coast to coast.
