Thomas Kent Carter (born December 18, 1956) [1] [2] is an American actor. Career. In films, he is mostly known for his many comedic performances, such as the street-smart Chester in Seems Like Old Times and the karaoke -singing Iceman in Ski Patrol.
He began his professional stand-up routine at the Comedy Store in Los Angeles and has also worked at the Improvisation Cafe and Ye Little Club. His first role was in an episode of Police Woman (1974), and starred in the Los Angeles Actors Theatre's version of "Sisters."
