Eisen, Alex. Alex Eisen was born December 9, 1929 in Vienna, Austria. After the Anschluss in 1938, the Eisen family fled to Hungary. In 1939, Alex’s father was arrested and fled to Palestine, leaving his wife alone with their three children.
Mar 24, 2022 · Alex Eisen, one of the very last of a generation of Holocaust survivors, passed away peacefully on March 24th, 2022 in Toronto. He was the loving husband of Olga Eisen z”l, beloved father of Marvin and Cindy and grandfather of Menashe, Aaron, Rafi z”l and Shoshana.
