She got her feature film debut as a producer on Zentropa''s ''Chop chop'' (2001). She went on to produce Susanne Bier''s dogme film ''Open Hearts'' (2002), which marked the beginning of a creative partnership with the director. Graum Jørgensen has since produced all of Bier''s Danish films.
