SINOPSIS. Roque se interna en la selva amazónica para huir de la crisis en Venezuela y de su alcoholismo. En medio de la jungla Roque intenta reconstruir una cabaña que fue suya años atrás, pero la abstinencia al alcohol lo atormentan con recurrentes estados alucinatorios.
Entendemos el cine como una experiencia física donde el espectador se sumerge dentro del flujo rítmico de una forma cinematográfica en acto. Apostamos por un cine que movilice hacia zonas indefinidas, inciertas y movedizas, buscando estado plenos de éxtasis y devoción.

Fortitude (Spanish: La Fortaleza) is a 2020 internationally co-produced drama film directed by Jorge Thielen Armand. It premiered in the Tiger Competition of the 49th International Film Festival Rotterdam. A co-production between Venezuela, Colombia, France and The Netherlands, the film premiered in Venezuelan cinemas on 23 December 2021.
