Scottish printmaker and multimedia artist Jo Ganter, and Scottish musicians Raymond McDonald and George Burt, along with American pianist Marilyn Crispell and NY artist Melinda Stickney-Gibson will be working together in a month-long residency at Jane St. Arts Center.
George Burt (1929–2015) was a composer, author, and educator. He attended the San Francisco Conservatory and then earned degrees at the University of California, Berkeley and Mills College, followed by an M.F.A. in music from Princeton in 1963.

Over this period Burt spent most of his time shooting music videos for Universal and he quickly developed a reputation as the young go to cameraman for hundreds of promos, commercials and indie feature films.
