山田 五十鈴 （やまだ いすず、 1917年 2月5日 - 2012年 7月9日 ）は、 日本 の 女優 。 本名︰山田 美津（やまだ みつ）。 愛称は「ベルさん」。 位階 は 従三位 。 概要. 戦前から戦後にかけて活躍した、昭和期を代表する映画女優の1人である。 時代劇映画 の娘役を経て、 溝口健二 監督の『 祇園の姉妹 』で地位を確立。 以来、優れた演技力で数多くの名作に出演した。 1960年代 以降は舞台女優として活動し、 水谷八重子 、 杉村春子 とともに「三大女優」と呼ばれた [1] 。 また、 テレビドラマ 『 必殺シリーズ 』では女仕事人役を演じて人気を得た。 2000年 （平成12年）に女優として初めての 文化勲章 を受章した（ただし、受章辞退者を含めれば杉村が初）。
