Charles Kelly (born September 8, 1967) is an American football coach and former football player. He is currently the co-defensive coordinator and secondary coach for Auburn Tigers football. Kelly won a national championship as a member of the Florida State Seminoles coaching staff during the 2013 college football season.

Kelly comes to Auburn after serving as Colorado’s defensive coordinator during the 2023 season. He was in the running for the DC position at Auburn when Hugh Freeze was first hired, but the position went to Ron Roberts.
