Tun Leong Yew Koh (22 Ogos 1888 – 12 Januari 1963) merupakan seorang ahli politik Malaysia dan pernah menjadi Gabenor Negeri Melaka dari 31 Ogos 1957 hingga 30 Ogos 1959. Nama beliau dicadangkan oleh Perdana Menteri Malaysia yang pertama ketika itu, Tunku Abdul Rahman.
Leong Yew Koh was born in 1888 in Perak, Malaysia, and studied law in London. He was a founder of the Malayan Chinese Association and the first Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Malacca from 1957 to 1959.
