Jul 25, 2022 · Eutelsat and key OneWeb shareholders sign a Memorandum of Understanding to create a global leader in satellite connectivity with complementary GEO/LEO offering. The transaction values OneWeb at $3.4bn and would be structured as an exchange of OneWeb shares by its shareholders with new shares issued by Eutelsat.
