Jun 25, 2021 · DNB Bank ASA will be the new holding company in the DNB Group following the merger, and all outstanding shares of the company will be admitted to trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The merger will be implemented after close of trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange on 1 July 2021.
