Taiwan Arrival Card. To expedite the entry process of foreign travelers into Taiwan, Taiwan's Ministry of the Interior, National Immigration Agency, offers an online "Arrival Card" for foreign travelers to complete in advance. Foreign travelers are kindly requested to complete the "Arrival Card" online prior to their entry.
