Take a picnic and have lunch under one of the many shaded picnic tables. Go early in the morning or late in the day and hire a boat or kayak to paddle around the lake. For kids, there is a playground or you can hire small electric vehicles for them to cruise around the small road system.
Work has been done around the small Titiwangsa lake with new fences and buildings to make the recreational area more wellcoming. Nothing is though yet open, there is a food court nearby. The area is blocked from the city side by a busy highway and construction sites but it is possible to walk there from Chow Kit monorail past the Hospital KL.
