It has officially taken over the operations of Toll Concession from MTD Prime Sdn Bhd and Metramac Corporation Sdn Bhd who respectively owned the concessions for Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway (KLK), East Coast Expressway Phase 1 (ECE1); and KL-Seremban Expressway (KLS) with effect from 6 December 2011.

May 29, 2024 · KUALA LUMPUR (May 29): Tan Sri Azmil Khalili Khalid is set to take over Anih Bhd, which operates the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway and the East Coast Highway Phase 1 (LPT1).
MARC has affirmed its AAIS rating on ANIH Berhad’s RM2.5 billion Senior Sukuk Musharakah Programme with a stable outlook. ANIH is the concessionaire of Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway (KL-Karak) and Phase 1 of East Coast Expressway (ECE1) until 2032.
Apr 28, 2023 · KUALA LUMPUR (April 28): Anih Bhd inked a supplemental concession agreement (SCA) with the government in November last year to extend its toll concession on the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway (KL-Karak) and Phase 1 of East Coast Expressway (ECE1) to 2069, according to MARC Ratings Bhd.
