To activate Advanced Call Forwarding: Sign in to Xfinity Voice Call Forwarding Settings using your Xfinity ID and password. Under Advanced Call Forwarding, enter the phone number where you want to forward all of your calls in the blank field next to the Add button. Click Add.
Here are the steps: On your Xfinity Mobile device, dial *72 if you want all calls to automatically forward. Dial *71 if you only want unanswered calls to forward. After you have dialed one of the above options, next dial the 10-digit phone number (including area code) where you want your calls to be forwarded.
