QIAquick 96 PCR Purification Kits are for high-throughput silica-membrane-based purification of PCR products >100 bp in size. The kits provide 96-well plates, buffers, and collection tubes, and can be automated on the BioRobot Universal workstation.
This protocol is designed to purify single- or double-stranded DNA fragments from PCR and other enzymatic reactions (see page 8). For cleanup of other enzymatic reactions, follow the protocol as described for PCR samples or use the MinElute Reaction Cleanup Kit.

Fragments ranging from 100 bp to 10 kb can be purified from primers, nucleotides, polymerases, and salts. Various buffers are used in order to maximize DNA recovery and eliminate impurities.
