On 8 March 2009, Rabidin intruded the home of a 17-year-old schoolgirl Annie Kok Yin Cheng (郭婉晶 Guō Wǎnjīng), raping her before he slit her throat, killing her on the spot.

RAUB: Sex fiend “Rambo Bentong” has been jailed 115 years after pleading guilty to four counts of rape and one of committing unnatural sex. Rabidin Satir, 42, from Tambunan, Sabah, who was given the nickname because of his choice of the Rambo knife as a weapon, was also sentenced to 50 lashes by the Raub Sessions Court here yesterday.
