Jingliu is our first Limited 5★ Ice character and follows the Path of Destruction. Emulating the phases of the Moon, she also transitions between two phases, one where she accumulates stacks of Syzygy and one where she can unleash powerful Blast AoE skills while draining the HP of her teammates.
Master (by Jing Yuan) Lady (by Yanqing) Jingliu is from the Xianzhou Cangcheng, and was one of the few who survived its destruction by the planet Rahu. Since the Cangcheng was destroyed in the Year 6300 Star Calendar, Jingliu was close to a thousand years old when she formed the High-Cloud Quintet.
