Etoricoxib works by blocking the effect of a natural chemical called cyclo-oxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzyme.
As Arcoxia 90mg Tablet 10s (strip) inhibits prostaglandin synthesis, this may cause uterine inertia and premature closure of ductus arteriosus in the last trimester of pregnancy.
