Mar 28, 2024 · The ASICS Novablast 3 is a polished daily trainer which is best suited to relaxed, easy runs. Its midsole has been upgraded to FF Blast+ foam so it loses a bunch of weight and gains some extra cushioning depth. Version 3 rides smoother than its predecessor but it rides firmer so it doesn't have the fun, bouncy ride which the Novablast used to be known for.
Our focus for the NOVABLAST™ 3 LE running shoe was to make it lighter and more comfortable. The intention for this trim level approach was to make it look as good in the streets as it does on race day. Influenced by technical performance, the upper's Nexkin mesh material evolves the design with improved ventilation to help your feet keep cool.

Oct 26, 2023 · The ASICS Novablast 3 is a massively cushioned running shoe. And it was easily confirmed by our caliper measurement. Our tool showed an impressive 37.2 mm of heel stack height! That is almost 4 mm taller than the average road running shoe and is within 16% tallest shoes in our lab!
The NOVABLAST™ 3 running shoe draws inspiration from a geometric origami feature for the upper and midsole. After making the shoe approx. 30g lighter than the previous version, we also equipped this style with improved comfort.
Sep 9, 2022 · Renee: ASICS does not disappoint with the latest version of the beloved Novablast. The Novablast 3 has all of the goodness of the previous versions, within a lighter weight. A 7.5 oz shoe in a women’s size 8 is a great weight for a daily trainer with so much stack height (V1 was 8.20oz and V2 was 8.50 oz).

Aug 7, 2023 · The Asics Novablast 3 was greeted with circumspection by the running community, as the two previous versions had difficulty convincing (although we appreciated Asics’ efforts on the Novablast 2).The original Novablast lacked stability and the second version, in an attempt to correct the various errors (lower drop, wider platform for greater stability), saw its weight increase considerably.
