Nov 1, 2022 · Singapore - Citi announced today it has completed the sale of Citi's Malaysia and Thailand retail banking and consumer credit card businesses to United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) subsidiaries, which includes the transfer of over 3,000 related staff.
