Dato' Jaafar bin Haji Muhammad DK SPMJ CMG (1838 – 3 Julai 1919) merupakan Menteri Besar Johor yang pertama. Sultan Abu Bakar telah melantiknya menjadi Menteri Besar pada tahun 1886.
