Mar 25, 2024 · YAB Dato’ Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid bin Hamidi, Timbalan Perdana Menteri Malaysia dan Pengerusi Majlis TVET Negara (MTVET) menyarankan Kementerian Sumber Manusia (KSM) membangunkan Sistem Unit Pengambilan TVET (UP_TVET) sebagai saluran utama ambilan kursus-kursus TVET seluruh Malaysia.
Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) is the solution to achieving the nation’s goals and now it becomes an important approach that integrates the education and occupational training for TVET students to apply such essential knowledge and skill effectively in the real world of work.
To improve coordination within the Malaysian TVET ecosystem, the National TVET Council (MTVET) was established in December 2020. The council serves as a bridge to increase synergy between the Government and key industry players, as well as to elevate the image of TVET as a strategic career choice.
