Oct 9, 2023 · I flew with Batik Air on October 9th, 2023, for the first time. Despite being aware of the rather negative reviews, I decided to experience it for myself since the price-performance ratio (value for money) was significantly better than other airlines.

Dec 2, 2023 · Better Than Expected. We took indirect flights Perth to Phuket via KL and overall we were pleasantly surprised. The 4 flights where all on time, straight forward check in, comfortable, clean, good service and above all else plenty of leg room.

Jul 31, 2023 · Would fly with Batik Air again. Flight was on time (boarded early and arrived earlier even). Plane was comfortable, cabin crew were polite. Would recommend. Date of travel: July 2023. Seat comfort. Customer service. Cleanliness. Food and Beverage.
Having read so many horror stories about Batik Air, I was really worried particularly about flight cancellation and delay. But my experience turned out to be quite positive, there was no glitch and I did not find it much different from other more reputable low cost carriers.
