Rachel T. McKenzie, a.k.a. Numbuh 362, is the Supreme Leader of the Kids Next Door Organization, and one of the major recurring and supporting characters in the show. Numbuh 362 had no really important appearances until after the end of Season 2 where she took the position of Supreme Leader of the KND after Numbuh 274 "betrayed" the KND.

In this episode, the kids next door's mission was to save Leaky Leona, an ugly girl who had gotten kidnapped by the Delightful Children from Down the Lane. Throughout the episode, Numbuh 4 complains about how many high risks they were taking for the sake of saving a single girl.
