Johan Ishak (lahir 16 Oktober 1979) atau lebih dikenali sebagai Joe Flizzow atau The President merupakan penyanyi, penulis lagu, penerbit muzik dan usahawan Malaysia. Beliau merupakan bekas ahli Too Phat yang kini bergerak solo.
Dubbed the godfather of Malaysian hip-hop, Joe Flizzow is an award-winning veteran rapper and one of the pioneers of the local hip-hop scene. He is also the managing director of US hip-hop label Def Jam's Southeast Asia division.
Joe Flizzow has the Midas touch for putting Malaysian hip-hop on the map. Add producer, songwriter and entrepreneur to the mix, he remains in the upper echelon to this day. From his early days as one half of the legendary rap duo Too Phat, he has evolved through the years to become the “Godfather of Malaysian Rap.”.
