Yang Mulia Jeneral Raja Tan Sri Mohamed Affandi Bin Raja Mohamed Noor (Jawi: راج محمد اففند راج محمد نور; lahir 20 Jun 1958, di Besut) adalah seorang pegawai kanan tentera Malaysia, bekas Panglima Tentera Darat (PTD) dan mantan Panglima Angkatan Tentera (PAT).
