Oct 24, 2020 · I have few weeks problem with Windows Update, showing SAMSUNG Electronics Co., Ltd. - USB - 2.16.14.0 at 0% downloading. I tried troubleshooter but it did not helped. I have Asus ROG laptop and I also find online this happend to ROG laptops earlier but I did not find an answer or help for my situation. Thank you for help
