Windows Key+R > Copy and paste following into Run and Enter. shell:startup. This will openup Startup folder. See if you have this in it. If yes, Delete shortcut from here.

Nov 2, 2016 · The default browser was opening during startup and going to MSN page. What ever browser I set as my default browser (Chrome, Edge or Internet Explorer) was opening when I started the computer and going directly to MSN page. It was not going to the default page set for the browser. I have blank page set as the default.
Nov 11, 2019 · Since yesterday whenever I turn on my PC Google Chrome (which is my default brower) automatically opens a MSN web page. This is very annoying as I don't always want chrome to open, and I do not want to see the MSN website. Does anyone know how to stop this happening? I don't think its a virus as I've scanned to check.
