Spotify understands that some students stay longer at a college/university, however, we can't make special exceptions.

When the discount expires, your subscription automatically continues at the standard rate for Premium Individual unless you cancel or apply for another year (with a 4 year limit). We suggest you first try updating the payment details in your Spotify account.

May 4, 2024 · Hi there @zzzdd, Thanks for reaching out. You can switch to Premium Student here, try following the steps from there. If that still doesn't work, perhaps you have a plan that isn't compatible with a direct switch to Student. In that case, cancel your current plan, wait for your account to revert to free and then subscribe to Student.

It's possible that you're unable to renew your student discount because you've leached the limit of 4 years in total of Spotify Premium Student. If you've used the discount for 4 years, you won't be able to re-activate it again.
