4 days ago · Everytime II need to login to microsoft account, the login screen closes itself when it needs to put in the password. On all the Microsoft applications that i need to login with the Microsoft account. I get prompted the screen to put in my email, however when it tries to direct me to the password screen it closes itself and I cannot login.
4 days ago · What it asks for is your current local account password, that's when you do the steps I gave you initially. Hold down Ctrl + Alt + Del, click on "Change password". For the current password field, leave it blank. Then set up a new password. Once set, go back to what you were doing.
