Our Team. Jonathan Gray is an attorney, producer and advisor in the independent film community for over 25 years. Jonathan’s documentary producing credits include El Gran Fellove (2021 Telluride Film Festival); Truman and Tennessee: An Intimate Conversation (2020 Hamptons Film Festival); and Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has to Travel (2011 Venice International Film Festival).
Jonathan’s drive to explore new avenues led him to the Californian market. He set up The Hideaway Entertainment, a production company in 2016, and IDEA, a design firm, two years later. Thanks to the expertise developed over the years, Jonathan transitioned to being more than just a service provider by becoming an active global investor.
The Hideaway Entertainment is an independent American film and TV production company founded in 2017 by Jonathan Gray and based in Beverly Hills, California. The company's first films produced were Mile 22 (2018), Men in Black: International (2019), Bloodshot (2020), and Cherry (2021).
