Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. Not as good as before, but still a decent airline. EVA still suffer with late departure times from LHR due to the often late inbound BR067 from Taipei / Bangkok. This is now a very regular occurrence so bear in mind if you have an onward flight to catch from BKK or LHR.
Awful cabin service in expensive Business Class. Just flew Eva (13 hours) from Bangkok to London. For the main meal service all Eva Air's competitors have a drinks trolley which serves passengers 3 times - once before the main meal, once during the main meal and a third time when passengers are finishing their main meal.
