Nov 26, 2021 · In a news release, URC, through its subsidiary URC Snack Foods (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, will acquire a 100-percent stake in Munchy Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. (Munchy’s) and its subsidiary Munchworld Marketing Sdn. Bhd. from CVC Asia IV for the said amount on a “cash-free, debt-free” basis.
To mark its 20th anniversary this year, it is launching a campaign themed “Sharing the Fun” which will depict Munchy’s journey from a humble family business in Batu Pahat, Johor, to a company that exports to 60 countries around the world.
